Focusing primarily on the humanistic components of the educator's role, this document was developed as a resource to assist educators with the process of self-evaluation for use as a basis when planning professional development goals. The three major categories included are interpersonal relations, intrapersonal relations, and management. The content has been organized so that it has broad applicability for inservice teachers and prospective teachers, as well as supervisors, administrators, and related specialists. The objective is to stress the importance of a teacher's individuality in facilitating learning. Self-evaluation forms are included along with selected references. (DS)
