The report describes a training project for handicapped consumer leasers which was conceived and sponsored by the Houston Coalition for Barrier Free Living (CBFL), a Houston-based disabled rights organization. Section I includes the original prospectus or grant proprosal submitted to the funding agents by CBFL, a discussion of the conference planning process, and a review of pre-conference arrangements. Section II focuses on the conference itself with information on the conference agenda, a list of meeting participants, and selected excerpts from the proceedings. Section III deals with post conference evaluation and feedback (including data analysis from evaluation questionnaires, information relating to the budget, and reprints of letters from conference attendees).
