The report describes a training project for handicapped consumer leasers which was conceived and sponsored by the Houston Coalition for Barrier Free Living (CBFL), a Houston-based disabled rights organization. Section III deals with post conference evaluation and feedback (including data analysis from evaluation questionnaires, information relating to the budget, and reprints of letters from conference attendees).
