Youth Services Information System (YSIS).
The book presents a model recordkeeping system (Youth Services Information System--YSIS) for use with problem youth, including the developmentally disabled and delinquents. It is explained that the system is designed to support the planning and delivery of youth services, to maintain client-oriented case records and central files, and to produce management and client tracking reports. The first part provides an overview and general description of YSIS, including forms and reports. The second section presents basic case management information on handling a client, collecting data, and delivering services. The final part outlines procedures for manually maintaining the data and generating tracking and management reports for use by case managers and administrators. (CL)
