Building Public Confidence: How to Begin.
Wherry, John H.
The speaker, Executive Director of the National School Public Relations Association, points out the need for school public relations people to conduct surveys in their communities to determine public opinion about the schools. Such surveys are a base from which to construct a public relations program. Included in the presentation are some highlights from research concerning results of public opinion polls conducted from 1938 to 1978. (Author/IRT)
