This inservice module would benefit all teachers in grades K-12, as well as administrators, paraprofessional support staff, counselors, social workers, and other helping professionals within the school system. It is intended to aid in diminishing sex role sterotyping. The module contains four separate training units, with instructions for running workshop activities. Handouts to be reproduced for participants are included in each unit. Also included is a pre-and post-training opinion survey to evaluate the possible impact of this inservice training on participants. The program is divided into four units: (1) introduction; (2) sex role sterotyping and the world of work; (3) the world of work and vocational education; and (4) what to do. The time required for all four units is seven hours. Each unit gives methods, rationale, objectives, list of materials, and time limit required, as well as instructions for workshop activities, all handouts utilized, and evaluation forms.
