This is the report of a project designed to identify useful vocational agriculture curriculum publications and to make them available to Pennsylvania vocational agriculture teachers. A catalogue of selected instructional materials from Illinois, Ohio, and Oklahoma is presented. Each catalogue document is described, its origin is given, and the price is provided. In addition, two teacher's manuals are appended. The first manual, "Agricultural Products I," which is for first-year students, contains five sections: (1) units general to agricultural products processing, (2) fruits, vegetables, and beverages, (3) meats, poultry, and eggs, (4) dairy products, and (5) cereal grain foods. Each unit within a section contains unit objectives and performance objectives. Also, the instructional areas are outlined, and evaluation guidelines and instructional aids are suggested. "Agricultural Products II," for second-year students, contains three sections: (1) fruits, vegetables, and beverages, (2) meats, poultry, and eggs, and (3) dairy products. Units within each section provide student activities and frequently worksheets and/or information sheets. (CSS)
