Report on Student Involvement in the College Board.
This report, submitted to the president of the College Entrance Examination Board, recommends ways the organization could both involve students in its ongoing affairs and become more responsive to the needs and concerns of the students who use, pay for, and are affected by the College Board's programs and services. Recommendations are made concerning: the disposition of report findings and recommendations; policies and practices regarding disclosure; programs and services of the College Board; inclusion of student and parent representatives in committee and governing bodies of the College Board; membership of student and parent organizations; involvement of student and parent groups in the organization's forum functions; the establishment of an office of student affairs; and communication channels between the College Board and student and parent organizations.
