New Jersey statutes and regulations state certain definitions, standards, and processes for providing a "thorough and efficient" (T & E) education. This document presents 53 sample educational policy statements local districts can use as models when developing their own policy. These sample statements are indexed using the National School Boards Association's Educational Policies Service codification system, as well as by reference to New Jersey's T & E Administrative Code.
