The Response to Educational Needs Project (RENP) is a compensatory education program which focuses on training teachers to promote student reading achievement. These appendices to a project report provide: a cost analysis of the RENP; information on cost methodology and sample and data collection; cost data; adjusted costs from the Instructional Dimensions Study data and the Michigan Cost Effectiveness Study data; and a comparison of the training costs for the various compensatory education programs discussed in RMC Report UR 328.
