Based on a list of 22 elements of the instructional process in five general categories, this kit includes a self evaluation form, a parallel form for the student evaluation of the teacher, a classified and annotated list of reference source materials for self improvement, and brief discussions of why and how to use the kit. The five categories are: course planning (learning system); course content (curriculum); instructional procedures; learning materials (texts, readings, modules, assignments, etc.); and evaluation of learning.
