Testimony is given by representatives of the Department of State, Department of Health, Education and Welfare, and the Educational Mission for Foreign Medical Graduates. The appendices contain reprints of Public Law 94-484 with amendments enacted August 1, 1977 (P.L. 95-83) relating to foreign medical graduates, and the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended, with pertinent sections relating to foreign medical graduates.
