School Administrators' Role in the Development of Library Media Programs.

This program for the School Administrators and Library Media Personnel Conference held in February 1977 contains a list of the Maryland and State Board of Education members, the conference agenda, and an introduction, as well as two speeches delineating the roles of the principal and the library media specialist in the instructional program.
