Three papers describe facets of a Winthrop, Massachusetts preschool program designed to facilitate the entrance of handicapped children into regular public school kindergarten. An initial paper concerns such administrative issues as screening, establishing a program philosophy, budgeting, working with parents, and supervising staff.
