This illustrated, primary-level reader is one in a series designed for use in the Alaska State-Operated Schools' bilingual education program. The text is provided in English, Upper Kuskokwim Athabascan, and the Kivalina dialect of Inupiat. These texts are used to supplement the beginning reading programs in the native languages of Alaska, and for bicultural programs in Indian Education.
