This list, prepared by the Bilingual Resource Center in New York City, is intended to serve as a sample of the many valuable bilingual reports and studies available through the Educational Resources Information Center (ERIC). Included are nine abstracts and three articles reproduced in full. The titles of the articles are: (1) "Bilingualism in Puerto Rico: A History of Frustration," by John C.
