ORGANIZATION AND PHYSICAL APPEARANCE: The introductory material describes the purpose of the guide, defines industrial arts, lists the major objectives, gives safety rules, and discusses instructional aids. A section of the guide is devoted to each of the subjects covered in the course--drafting, electricity and electronics, graphic arts, industrial crafts, metals, power mechanics, and woodwork. The guide is lithographed and spiral bound with a hard cover. OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES: The objectives are listed at the beginning of each section. Only outlines of units are given with no detailed descriptions of activities. INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS: General information on instructional materials is given at the beginning of the guide. Additional information on charts, pamphlets, films, filmstrips, transparencies, books, and magazines is given at the end of each section.
