The activities of the Institute of Adult Studies in the Development of Kenya are reviewed. Specific areas discussed are: (1) the university and adult education, (2) institute priorities, (3) adult education training unit, (4) extra-mural division, (5) adult studies centre, (6) correspondence course unit, (7) facilities of the institute, (8) projected enrollment of students, (9) organisational chart and staff requirements, and (10) financial needs.
