Environmental Education Concepts & Teaching Activities.
Roth, Robert E.; Archbald, David
This activity oriented guide was developed for teachers of environmental education K-12 by the Cooperative Educational Service Agency (CESA) 12 in Portage, Wisconsin. Concepts that form the basis of the guide are the 44 most important of the 112 environmental education concepts that were identified by Dr. Robert E. Roth. Activities that can effectively be used to teach each concept were designed for various grade levels of learning as categorized by Bloom, et al. Learning experiences for the lower grades generally are at the lower levels of learning, while activities for the upper grades emphasize higher levels of learning. This work was prepared under an ESEA Title III contract. [Not available due to marginal copy of original document.] (BB)
