This final report details the objectives of the institute, operation of the program, and conclusions concerning the entire project. The appendix encompasses: (1) brochure and publicity, (2) personal data of the staff and participants, (3) correspondence to the staff, applicants, alternates, participants, and others, (4) schedules, (5) syllabuses, (6) questionnaires, (7) demonstration class letters, student list, and diploma, (8) final grades and diploma, and (9) followup partial evaluation.
