Some 1,595 documents are listed in this bibliography in an attempt to bring together, from all areas of the Federal Government and throughout the United States, valuable information on the economic development of American Indians and Eskimos. In the document, "economic development" is considered to mean individual and collective efforts (both on and off the reservations) which are directed to the production of tangible income. Sources concerned with information about the natural resources on the reservations have been included where they pertain to specific reservations.
