A 3-week workshop provided an overview of many areas that concern junior college administrators. Six of the topics discussed during the workshop include (1) new emphases in administrative and organizational thinking; (2) current status and problems of student personnel services; (3) the extra-institutional obligations of the community college administrator; (4) the role of state boards and the functions of their state officers; (5) roles of community college administrators in building the budget; and (6) developing leadership in the college and the community.
