This report evaluates Project Mission which offered graduate and undergraduate students from three of Maryland's State Colleges special training for teaching in Baltimore's inner-city schools. Partially supported by Elementary and Secondary Education Act Title I money, the program provided each student with a year's supervised experience teaching in an inner-city school, along with academic study. Evaluations of the characteristics of the students in the program, and of the program itself are included, with tables and charts in support. (KG)
