There is a grade-by-grade breakdown of physical characteristics, needs, and activities, tips on first aid, accident prevention, and integration of physical education with classroom subjects. The bulk of the guidebook is taken up by descriptions of specific games, calisthenics, rhythms, activities, tumbling stunts, sports, fitness projects and intramurals.
