Exceptional Children Conference Papers: Training and Personnel in Early Childhood Education Programs.

The concepts developed by the Division of Training Programs in seeking to award a grant for planning inservice training programs are described by J. Gerald Minskoff as is the role of a training coordinator. An evaluation of a pilot program to train teacher aides is presented by Fred L. Gross, while Leonard Kaplan and Vallis Fineberg consider the effective use of paraprofessionals in the classroom.
