Dr. Kenneth Clark analyzes the "cult of cultural deprivation." His discussant is Dr. Alfred Baldwin. Developmental theory and enrichment programs are reviewed by Dr. Martin Whiteman, and discussed by Mr. Kenneth Marshall. Summarization and discussion of the proceedings are by Dr. Edmund Gordon.
