Models for planned changes in schools are presented in this document and are aimed at increasing student achievement and satisfaction. Following a brief introduction which highlights a challenge for effective change and some suggested procedures for implementing the models, each model is presented in detail. The four models are: (1) The School Process Model, (2) The Teacher Evaluation Model, (3) The Curriculum Evaluation Model, and (4) The Instructional Process Model. The models are complete and show all phases and related materials for each. Included are flow charts within the models plus a chart showing the working relationship of the models to each other and their relationship to the entire elementary and secondary school program.
