Information on vocational education for the handicapped considers the following: different types of handicaps; cooperation and interagency involvement; services available from vocational rehabilitation; a model for a state-wide cooperative agreement; programs and services; and provision of services in rural areas. Community involvement in vocational education services for the handicapped is discussed as are considerations in planning vocational education for the hearing impaired, for the visually impaired, and for the physically handicapped. Personnel preparation, utilization, and interactions are also discussed.
