This policies and procedures manual was designed to orient faculty and staff members to the organization and operation of Tarrant County Junior College District. The manual, which provides well defined lines of authority and areas of responsibility, covers topics such as: the organization and services of the various offices concerned with administration, library services, research and development, instruction, student services, admissions and records, and personnel; and the policies and procedures of a wide variety of topics including the college catalog, budget requests, tenure and academic freedom, student discipline, field trips, and academic advising.
