On October 25-26, 1968, 74 participants representing junior colleges in Texas met in a workshop in Austin to share ideas and experiences relative to the 1- and 2- year post-secondary curriculums for students in vocational office education. Carter, (3) "Problems in Teaching Students with a Language Barrier or Difficulty," by F. Brown, (4) "Problems in Teaching Students with Less Ability," by J. M.
