This report contains digests of 1967 court decisions dealing with legal and constitutional issues concerning students in public schools, parochial schools, and public institutions of higher education. All levels of the State and Federal judiciary systems are represented by the decisions. The 88 case digests are arranged under the following topic headings: (1) Admission and attendance, (2) school desegregation, (3) pupil injury, (4) religion/sectarian education, (5) transportation, and (6) miscellaneous. Forty-two school desegregation decisions coupled with 20 decisions on pupil injury cases account for over 70% of the 88 reported cases. A title index to the cases is also provided.
