This annotated bibliography contains 97 entries to aid those interested in the problems and techniques of comprehensive program planning. It is designed for educators who feel that systems analysis, cost-benefit studies, and mathematical models have some relevance in the planning processes of a large school system. Three major sections are included: (1) Educational/Program Planning, including studies dealing with the needs and problems of comprehensive and longrange planning by educational institutions; (2) Program Analysis Techniques, containing entries dealing with the use of specific techniques such as systems analysis and operations research in the analysis of educational and related problems; and (3) Planning-Programing-Budgeting Systems, including documents applying principally to the interface between planning and budgeting.
