Federal Involvement in the Education of Exceptional Children: A Review of Legislation.

Intended as a reference to statutes which provide federal aid, federal laws from 1949 to 1968 having provisions for education of the handicapped are listed and described, a total of 62 pieces of basic legislation and 12 extensions and authorizations. Appropriations laws, public law authorizations, and selected appropriations are listed; 25 references are included.
