PRESENTED ARE GUIDELINES FOR THE EVALUATION OF PROGRAMS FUNDED IN THE PENNSYLVANIA SCHOOLS UNDER TITLE I OF THE ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ACT. SPECIFICALLY DISCUSSED ARE GUIDELINES FOR THE LOCAL EDUCATIONAL AGENCIES TO USE IN REPORTING THE MEASURING INSTRUMENTS AND EVALUATION TECHNIQUES USED IN THE EVALUATIONS AND THE ADMINISTRATIVE STRUCTURE AND PERSONNEL INVOLVED. THERE ARE ALSO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PRESENT CONCLUSIONS. INCLUDED ARE COPIES OF THREE EVALUATION FORMS TO BE FILLED OUT, WITH DIRECTIONS ON THEIR USE.
