LEVEL TWO, THE VIEWPOINT OF THE INDIVIDUAL COLLEGE, IS CONCERNED WITH THE FACULTY VIEWPOINT TOWARD ADMISSIONS, HOW ADMISSIONS OFFICERS EMERGE, PROBLEMS OF SELECTION, AND THE ORGANIZATION OF ADMISSIONS. LEVEL THREE, VIEWING THE SYSTEM AND THE ENTIRE PROCESS AS A WHOLE, IS CONCERNED WITH THE INTERACTION OF ALL THE COLLEGES, UNIVERSITIES, AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS AND WITH THE DEMANDS OF THE NATION FOR AN INCREASINGLY LITERATE SOCIETY.
