THE RELATIVELY UNCHANGING FACTORS UNDERLYING NURSING AND ITS PRACTICE ARE PRESENTED AND APPLIED IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF CURRICULUMS FOR THE EDUCATION OF PRACTICAL NURSES.
