NATIONAL LEADERS WERE BROUGHT TOGETHER TO FOCUS THEIR ATTENTION ON THE GENERATION OF GUIDELINES FOR RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS TO EXPAND AND IMPROVE TRADE AND INDUSTRIAL TEACHER EDUCATION.
