THE PROBLEMS OF INSTRUCTION IN THE PHONOLOGY OF A SECOND LANGUAGE WERE INVESTIGATED. THIS REPORT DEALS PARTICULARY WITH THE PROBLEM OF SEQUENCE OF DISCRIMINATION AND DIFFERENTIATION TRAINING IN FRENCH INSTRUCTION IN THE PRIMARY GRADES. THE BODY OF THE REPORT PRESENTED THE THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK, A DETAILED STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM, THE DESCRIPTION OF THE EXPERIMENTAL PROCEDURE, RESULTS, AND CONCLUSIONS FOR THE PROJECT.
