Sign An Individual Authorization Agreement In order to submit materials to ERIC, you must agree to the authorization agreement presented on this page. This authorization agreement applies only to materials you submit on subsequent pages of the online submission process. Read the authorization agreement carefully, and click on the checkbox below the agreement to confirm your permission:

This step helps prevent unauthorized use of automated programs, which can be used to maliciously overload the ERIC online submission system. If you use screen-reading software, and you are not able to view the image, use the link provided to go to our email verification system. You will be asked to enter your email, and the security code will be immediately sent to your email so you can continue the submission process.
Upload Your Materials To upload your materials for submission, click the "Browse..." button. This will allow you to select the file to upload from your computer. The file must be in one of the formats listed on the page. This submission must indicate (preferably on the first page) the document title, author name(s), publication year (year the document was created), and, if applicable, publication date (month and day the document was created). 
Provide Submission Details In order for ERIC to properly process your materials, you must enter the following basic information about them. The information you enter must be identical to the information provided in your document. - Title - The name assigned to the document by the author. This field may also contain subtitles and series names.
- Author - The personal author(s), compiler(s), and/or editor(s) of the materials. To add more than one author, click on the "Add Another Author" link.
- Abstract - A narrative or structured abstract summarizing your submission (see
Narrative Abstract Guidelines or Structured Abstract Guidelines). - Publication Year - The year in which a document was produced.
- Publication Date (optional) - The month and day in which a document was published. If your materials do not have a specific publication month and/or day, leave the fields blank.
Once you have completed these three steps you may either: - Save And Submit Later - Your materials will be saved and displayed on your My Submissions page, but they still need to be submitted for review. There is no limit to how long you may keep saved materials on your My Submissions page.
- Submit For Review Now - Your materials will be submitted for review immediately. They will be displayed on your My Submissions page, where you can check their status on subsequent visits to the site.
