Online Submission  Copyright GuidelinesIf your material has been published in a journal and the journal publisher required you as the author to assign them copyright in the article as a condition of publication, then you will not be able to submit your material through the online submission system. ERIC needs to obtain permission and the material from the journal publisher. However, if the assignment of copyright was not a condition of publication or the material has not been submitted to a journal for publication, then you may submit your material to ERIC and it will be covered by the Individual Authorization Agreement. |
