Using ERIC Search

Basic Search

Perform a simple search of the ERIC database. Use the drop-down list to select the appropriate ERIC database record field for searching: Keywords (all searchable fields), Title, Author, Descriptors, or ERIC # [accession number], then enter your search term and click "Search".

Example:
Select "Author" from the drop-down list and type Smith to retrieve documents by all authors with the last name, Smith.

You can also perform Boolean searches within a single field.

Example:
Select "Author" from the drop-down list and type Smith and Jones to retrieve only those records containing both names.
